Gary Turner
Chief Executive Officer
You'll find very few people with Gary's 40-year depth and breadth of knowledge in the world of building and development. Gary's drive for excellence took him from a solid foundation in construction, moving to general contractor, home builder, developer and on to director for various real estate development companies over the years. Ultimately creating a home for himself in Sarasota, Gary now brings his experience to work for the benefit of local families, investors, and business owners looking to create the perfect space for their needs. Gary is a member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, owner of Central Park Property Management, TeamTurner Real Estate, Pegasus General Contractors, and holds a multitude of active licenses as a contractor and broker.
Kristien Van Hecke
Chief Financial Officer
Coming from a global corporate marketing background and with a diploma in interior design in hand, Kristien embarked on a new career in design and construction in 2014. She has been involved in over 100 real estate projects, totaling over $40M in value. She is a specialist in spotting and designing opportunities, underwriting, product design, marketing and business strategy. Due to her decades abroad, Kristien is globally influenced in her design, speaks a number of languages and still loves to explore.
